_DEPOSIT & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Our studio requires a 10% deposit on any Wedding Collection to reserve your date and to schedule your photographer and assistant. This deposit is Non-Refundable.
When you book our studio to provide you with photographic coverage of your wedding you will sign our Payment Schedule form, which will outline your payment dates and amounts. Our studio requires one-half (1/2) of the total balance due to be paid 60 days prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance is due to our studio on or before 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your wedding date. At this time we will go over your contract to confirm times, place, directions, etc. You may make payments between your booking date and your 60 days date, we will accept “drop payments” of $250 minimum.
PAID IN FULL
We also offer a 10% discount on any package when it is paid in full at the time of booking.
Please keep in mind that all paid in full packages that are canceled or postponed are subject to the following policies.
Postponements;
We are happy to reschedule your date to another if the day is available.
If the day is not available and it is more than 60 days prior to your event then we will refund 75% of your payment.
If another day is not available and it is less than 60 days prior to the event, then no refund will be given.
Cancellations;
All events paid in full, and canceled more than 60 days before the event, will be subject to a refund of 50%.
All events paid in full, and canceled less than 60 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
POSTPONEMENTS
We understand that sometimes things happen and you may have to postpone your wedding. Should you need to postpone your wedding, please notify us as soon as possible! You may transfer your information to any date we have available. We will need notification of postponement in writing.
However, if we do not have the rescheduled date available and if postponement is before 60 days prior to the wedding date, we limit any refund, only to monies paid above the deposit. (The deposit is Non-Refundable.)
Should you cancel your contract with us after your 60 days date all monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. At this time we will state your contract Null & Void.
CANCELLATION POLICY;
